Default Security reasons to upgrade 1.3.7 > 1.3.8?

One of my clients shops runs on 1.3.7 with patch security_patch_v138_20090619 installed (says it works for all 1.3.x). If all the 1.3.7 patches found here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=131115 are installed, are there any other security reasons to still consider upgrading to 1.3.8. Site is heavily modded and it would take considerable amount of time.

    Thank you

I would hang on for a bit - there is a new bug release due out soon.

Ok, so just want to be clear. Just hang onto 1.3.7 and make sure all 1.3.7 patches are installed, admin renamed etc.... and that should be just as good (security wise) as 1.3.8?

    Thanks.

Hi Kim, Im sorry, I did not really understand. Are you saying just hang onto 1.3.7 and make sure all 1.3.7 patches are installed, admin renamed etc.... and that should be just as good (security wise) as 1.3.8? Or should I immediately upgrade to 1.3.8 and apply the new bug fixes that are coming out soon? Thanks for the clarification...
