can someone advise what models should i use to operate a online store with retail costumers and wholesale costumers.

the question is for diffrent shipping modles:

retal should be calculate by flate rate to difrent countrys

wholeasle sohould be calculate by weight rate acording the weight of the total products in the order.

i have someone that knows zencart and will set up the online store but does not know who to deal with that question.
