Help...tried installing the Time Zone Mod

Help, I tried installing the time zone mod..and I got this error....I reuploaded the back of files...and I get this.

1054 Unknown column 'TIME_ZONE_OFFSET' in 'field list'
in:
[insert into zen_admin_activity_log (access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address) values (date_add(now(), INTERVAL TIME_ZONE_OFFSET HOUR), '1', 'developers_tool_kit.php', '', '70.154.116.220')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Sorry for my freak out....could access anything under admin...but I was able to fix it

This mod has a sql patch that it appears that you have not applied
