I suppose the latter is meant to read admin/includes/configure.php* /includes/configure.php file does not exist
* admin configure.php is not writeable
Double-check the existence of /includes/configure.php on your server and double-check that permissions for admin/includes/configure.php are set to 777
If you uploaded the whole package as per instructions https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=107 and did the re-naming of the 2 dist-configure.php files then there is no reason for the install not to work.
