USPS shipping only showing a few options

Hi -

So, I've enabled USPS shipping and contacted the USPS to connect me to their production server. I'm only getting three options, though:

• express
• priority
• parcel post

I see other people here referring to using the priority flat rate options. I'd really like to do this. What do I need to do to make this happen?

Thanks, Linda. I'm almost positive I've applied the patch for the USPS module (is there a way to verify this?), and I didn't see any bugs in that thread that seem to pertain to this. Any other ideas?

Try doing a REMOVE, load the current USPS shipping module, do an INSTALL and reconfigure it with your settings ...

NOTE: be sure that you called USPS and enabled your account for the Production server ...

Done, and done. No joy. Actually, I'm now kind of confused, because there's not even a configuration option (that I can see) for the flat rate boxes. Yet, I've seen the option on other people's stores.

Any other ideas? Could it have something to do with my product information? Remember, I'm still pretty new to all of this.

Also, regarding the known bug fixes you linked to: if I started my ZC build after the date of a particular bug fix, then I probably have that fix already, right?

I just did some nosing around, and now I'm not sure that my statement above (about seeing the flat rate option on other sites) was true.

Can anyone tell me if this is supposed to be an option? I find it hard to believe it isn't, but...

In any event, I'd really just like to know.
