Recomended Payment cart for UK

Hi, I'm creating a new site for a friend in the UK. I have used Nochex before but want to try something else. I have tried Google checkout but could not get it working, and having read lots of posts it seems it won't work with Royal mail shipping.

I'm thinking about Paypal express. Does anyone know if it works with Royal mail shipping?

What is is good payment cart for UK use?

Firstly... is you site a ZENCART site? Is it fully installed and is it (fundamentally) operational?

It's a new site I'm working on now. It's Zencart 1.38a Its installed and functional, just got to choose a payment cart, configure shipping and add the products.
