Free shipping coupon does not remove VAT

Hello all,

I've been trying to set up a free shipping coupon but I cannot get the VAT of the shipping to disappear - in other words, if I apply my free shipping coupon on a test order, I'm still being charged for the VAT for shipping.

I'm pretty sure this has to do with my custom made shipping & payment modules, I'm from sweden so I'm using a shipping module called "Posten AB", originally for os commerce but translated to zen cart by a friend of mine. Unfortunately, this friend does not seem to have the time to help me with this.

Just wondering if there could be a simple "dirty" fix for this problem?

My php knowledge is unfortunately quite limited.
