    Ok, Blue Host helped me find the includes folder. I also opened it and found the images folder and logo file. How do I save my new header to the logo file? The instructions say to save it to, how is that done. It's not like when I save it on my computer I can ask it to save to that folder.

    okay - I've talked to Bluehost and they say there is an upload button to upload the file to the desired folder. HOwever, I'm looking in the INlcudes folder for the following directory:

    includes/templates/CUSTOM/images

    And, I find templates, but under templates is not CUSTOM. My options are Classic and Template Default. Do I make another folder, if so, will it know right away what it's purpose is or do I need to do something else so it reads the new header correctly?

    I gave it a shot on my own and it didn't work. Using their upload option I upoaded the image to

    includes/templates/template_default/images

    I had named the header, logo - just like the default image, and asked it to override the existing files. Then, when the upload said it was 100% complete, I visited my site and it wasn't changed.

    You must create the folders for your custom template.

    Where did you upload your custom logo to? Did you create your own template?

    Have you unzipped Zen Cart on your computer (not your website) so that you can see the folder/file structure?

    If you use one of the free templates, you can always change the colors to whatever you like. You can see the free templates in action at http://(sorry, site offline)/

    Like I said, I uploaded the header to includes/templates/template_default/images and named it logo.

    No, I have not done anything of the else.

    Okay - this is what I've done in my attempt to get this done today. I must be able to move on to the next step.

    I've followed these instructions

    http://www.geraelindsey.com/zencart-...t-header-image

    They seem pretty simple and straight forward.

    I went to this file on my site

    yoursite/zencart/includes/templates/classic/images

    I uploaded the new header named the same. It didn't change, so I changed the name of my file to be more easily recognized and distinguished by me and uploaded it. No change, so I deleted the other one I had upload AND the header_bg that was already there and still no change on the site!

    So, I followed the instructions for using the CSS. No problem. I opened and it opened in Dreamweaver. I found the section to change and gave it the name of the file I had just uploaded, even changed the height to 225, pressed the save button in Dreamweaver. Closed it down. Refreshed my website and NOTHING!

    OK, I did get the previous header to disappear, but my own header isn't replacing it.

    When I open the CSS file in dreamweaver and press the save button, it doesn't save it in my includes folder. Do I need to do a Save-As and save it on my computer and then upload it back to Includes? If so, when I save it, do I "update" the links as it asks?

    Please be specific. There appears to be a lot of assumed steps in any instructions.

    Thank you.

    OK, I tried it both ways. I opened the Stylesheet.css in dreamweaver, found the Logowrapper, as indicated in these instructions

    http://www.geraelindsey.com/zencart-...t-header-image

    I saved it in Dreamweavers as the same name and updated the links. I uploaded and replaced existing document with this new version. It didn't work. I reopened the same css document and this is what it shows:

    #logoWrapper{
    background-image: url(../../../../DOCUME%7E1/Owner/LOCALS%7E1/images/LDSDigiscrapsHeader_bg.gif);
    background-repeat: repeat-x;
    background-color: #ffffff;
    height:225px;
    }

    Is this correct? It looks like it added a bunch of ../../ etc. that I didn't put there.

    What am I doing wrong?
