    Default Shipping Information

    I have notices the shipping charges are not necessarily accurate. First, I’m not sure if is because there is no UPS account setup or I have something miss configured. But, most definitive, if this information is incorrect, I could be losing revenue by giving the customer the wrong shipping charges.

    All that I see is
    Available Shipping Methods
    Table Rate (1 x 3.00lbs) (Best Way)

    Check admin > modules > shipping > for what you have installed(green dot)

    I setup UPS, for two times, and still getting this error:

    We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping
    Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

    Maybe you should contact UPS for help setting up their module.

    Kobra is right if you have the UPS as a shipping module it would show up as an option.

    I think there should be a warning on the main Forum for using GoDaddy. It seems a lot of people have problems that come back to being GoDaddy related. I wonder why people choose their hosting packages. They can find cheap shared hosting with quality results. I ran my site for a year of shared server with no problem at least it is Linux not Window.

    Yes....you can also get the debug utility from the downloads area to see what the exact error is and this will guide you to what functionality is not working/available

    Or might be easier to move to a host that is known to supprot ZenCart well

    The file was uploaded to the site and test the shipping module. It did not create any logs.
