buttons with a transparent background?

Hi -

The rounded buttons that some people use are really attractive, but have a drawback: the corners show up against the background of whatever the button is placed on.

This became evident in my template that uses different colors for odd and even lines. You obviously can't match the button corners to both background colors.

Has anyone experimented with creating buttons with a transparent background to solve this?

The default set are transparent gif's - as I recall...

I just checked, and right you are. So, it is do-able. I wonder if the zen_bck generator could be modified to do this. I'll see if there's any contact information for the developer.

Might be easier to manually correct the few that would be in this area with your graphic editor
