xml catagories feed?

hi all, i`m just getting started with zen cart and require some assistance please. I have two xml feeds , one for products and the other for catagories of which there are quite a few. Can i add catagories using the feed somehow or do i have to input them individualy. I have looked around for a definitive answer but have not be able to find one. Ihope somebody can point me in the right direction. many thanks Dave.

Never heard of such tool for Zen Cart. If you can convert your feed into csv or excel you can import them using Easy Populate.

thanks for that, i appreciate your reply. i have already installed ep as it was a well documented must have. i have access to csv feeds also but despite lengthy research have been unable to find the procedure. if you can point out the procedure for bulk category addition that would be superb.. thanks dave..

I don't use the version of EP available in the download section so I can't help you there. I have EP Advanced which allow categories bulk update.

You can also use phpmyadmin to upload categories.
