2 Blank Pages? - Debug not reporting errors

Hi,

I have a weird problem which I can't seem to be able to debug.

I installed the Debug Error Logging Utility and set the Cache folder to writeable but there is no log so I assume no error is being triggered.

There are no errors in the server log and also no fatal errors when I created a configure.php file.

The blank pages are

As you can see the pages which don't show are 19 and 20. 1 -18 and 21-onwards all seem to work fine.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to find the error or sort this problem.

Looks like you're doing what I was going to suggest - disable the products starting at the top of page 19 until the page comes back. Page 20 works now.

Yes - I am disabling products until it works correctly.

I have identified 6 products where, if I disable them, it works correctly?!

They are all in a group, if I enable the first, or the 6th, or any in between, then it falls over again.

I am guessing it's something to do with the images linked to them? - At least I've got something to be going on now.

Just a quick update.

I haven't checked the other 5 images yet but the first one I looked at was 2.36mb!

So looks like it was to do with having images linked to the products which were larger than 'x'

Does anyone know what 'x' is? - Or is it to do with my 'Image Handler 2' mod?

Probably your image-handler addon is having trouble processing the images for you, likely because they're huge and it's blowing out the available memory configured by your server.
IH errors won't be recorded in debug logs.
The solution is almost certainly to use sane size images.

If there's an option, you could try turning IH off briefly to see whether all your products show properly without having to be disabled.

Now I know what the problem was, I have been doing a bit more research in to this issue.

There is actually a thread at http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...=110051&page=2 which talks about pretty much the issue I was having.

To summarise for anyone who happens to stumble upon this thread in the future - it appears Image Handler fails on Image Size rather than Image Resolution

I cranked down the image dimensions with irfranview bit by bit until everything started working again.

I went from a height and width of 2048 X 3072 down to 1900 X 2850 and volia.

I haven't tested this but I will assume it to be correct.
