I want to put a BOGOFF (Buy One Get One Free) offer on my website but i cant find a plugin or software to do it.

I am looking to see if it is possible to save on the shipping costs i.e. if a client buys 2 products they can save the shipping costs. How can i do this?

Sure, but that's different from BOGOF. Take a look at table rate shipping, which can be priced based on the number of items in the order (as well aso other things).
