Does Zen Cart come with some kind of Install Wizard? I have looked around at many carts and many of them do but I'm not sure if this one does.

Yes it does, after you have uploaded all zencart folders/files to your webserver..Tutorials/FAQ link, top right of this page..

I'm sorry for buggin you guys but I don't know to much about coding and such and am looking for an option that will work for me needs. I didn't see this listed on the features info but can you set a specfic shipping price per item that is to be charged? Also do you need to have a template in order to set Zen Cart up or does it come with some that you can use?

Zen Cart comes with a default template, but the idea is that you either design your own using the override system. You can always get one of the free templates as a starting point. You can see them in action at http://(sorry, site offline)/. Just use the pull down menu to get an idea of what the template will look like.
