Unable to log in

We are using Version 1.3.8a. Our site url is lpsigns.com. I was wondering if you could help us with a problem we are having. We are in the initial setup stage and we are having a problem creating accounts. When we click on the create a new account button it takes us to a server not found screen. The address is seems to be wrong to the log in screen. It seems to be directing me to the incorrect address. Can someone tell me where i can find the file to adjust the address to the log in screen.

I'm getting the Zencart setup page at your site, which, if you have installed Zencart already, usually means there's an error in the path info in one or both of your configure.php files.
