Problem with Minimum Order amount.

I uploaded and installed this module :

I ftp'd the files, then uploaded them via the Admin> Tools > Install SQL Patches

It shows up in the Admin > Minimum Values section, and I can assign it a value of $50.00 to test it, but when I order my test item of $20.00 - it processes the order from start to end - with no mention that I'm under the minimum amount of $50.00.


Did I do something wrong, or is there more that I have to do?

I'd guess you did something wrong. I just installed this on a test site and it works as advertised.

When you put the $20 item in the cart, did you see a yellow box on the cart page reminding you of the minimum order amount?

If you have a custom template, try switching back temporarily to Classic and see if it works.

Still nothing.

I assume I followed the right way to install it? It shows it in the admin section.... but still lets me process the order even though I'm not at the minimum.

Any suggestions?

It's pretty straightforward. Drag and drop the 'includes' folder from the mod to the root of your store, then copy and paste install.sql into the Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches box and click Send. Should work.

If you have a custom theme make sure you copy the files into its folders. This worked for me. Then open install.sql and copy and pasted the code in install sql patch.
