Inventory Not Updating

I have just realised that for some reason our inventory of stock is not adjusting when orders are going through the site - www.zolloz.com

Everything appears fine in terms of orders being recorded and processed but when we have done a few random checks the quanity of each item remains the same as before the order was placed and processed.

This problem applies to products which have attributes and those products which don't.

Is this a comon problem and is there an obvious fix?

Any help, information or guidance appreciated.

Did you check your settings in the Configuration ... Stock ... to ensure that you have stock tracking turned on?

To the untrained eye all seems to be set properly.... can you scan the settings below to see if you think anythings amiss....

I'm still baffled by this as everything else 'seems' to be working fine.

Your setting look correct to track the stock ...

You might try switching to the Classic Template to see if there is something in your template causing the problem ...

Or, it could be an add-on ...

NOTE: if your Products are Downloads ... Downloads do NOT track stock, at this time ...

Can you clarify what you mean about products being 'downloads'?

I'll see about having the template changed to.

I mean files that have attributes set on them that have download files added to them ...
