Server OS: Windows NT PEMWINWEB09 6.0 build 6002
I encountered a problem when updating an order today.
The order was at status Processing[2]. I added comments with order status at Processing[2], Notify Customer - checked, Append Comments - checked
I clicked Update and and the status history added a new entry.
However this entry did not contain the comment and had an X in the Customer Notified column.
When I returned to the main orders.php screen the order had disappeared. I can see the order when I query the database directly and the the order has a status of 0 (deleted?).
Has anyone encountered this or can suggest a fix? How can I get the order back into Admin and how do I prevent this from happening again?
