Can you log in to your admin? Look at the Tools tab, click the Layout Boxes Controller button, and search the list for sideboxes/information.php. Turn that on in the sidebar you want.

Is the INFORMATION sidebox switched on and positioned in a column that is visible?

(EDIT: I just looked... that sidebox is not active on your site. Go to Layout Boxes Controller under TOOLS menu and switch it ON.)

awesome that worked anyway to get rid of the other things that come with the contact us button

Configuration > Define Pages Status.

Also, some links will disappear if you turn off their function, like gift certificates.
