Ok. Here is the issue. My site 9thstreetcafe.com had been hacked. I went in an cleaned out all the bad coding... upgraded all the security patches. Now when you go to the site, I have lost the main page info and the right side boxes. When you click on one of the categories, the right side boxes are back. Does someone know where I went wrong. I didn't delete any files, just removed the bad codes from the files. Any assistance would be helpful.

You either didn't get rid of everything or you've been re-hacked. Your site is being diverted elsewhere. Check the source code of your home page and scroll to the bottom.
