Problem wth CC info on email

I inherited a website that has ZenCart V1.3.0 installed. WOW what a learning curve!!! May be a great shopping cart but it's not admin user friendly except it's really easy to add/delete/change products. Sorry I digress. I have not made any changes for a couple of weeks when I added a few new products. My client called today to say that for a couple of days the emails she receives that tells her she has an order no longer contains the four digits of the credit card number. Every receipt that I get from stores shows the last four digits of my CC but her emails have always shown the middle four digits but now it doesn't show any thing. I've poked around a lot the last two days and I can't even find where the info is defined to be included in these emails. Can some one direct me to where I would find where this info lives????

admin > modules > payment > Credit Card - Offline Processing > edit > Split Credit Card E-Mail Address

...and if it was working and suddenly stopped working then the site may also have been hacked - with the missing card details being sent to the hackers.
