Could someone please tell me how I edit the footer of Newsletters that I send out to customers. It adds a section about spam and US law. Living in the UK, this is not suitable and would like to change it but cannot find where this is stored.

I changed mine on line 39 in these two files:
includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
admin/includes/languages/english/email_extras.php
