I already sell products that have shipping priced per zone dependent on the postal area code. And I have products that are free shipping. However, I'd like to sell some products that will be charged flat-rate shipping. Is there a way to configure different shipping methods per product? Every time I enable the flat rate shipping module it applies that module across the board and messes with the other products.

You need to provide more detail on what you mean by Flat Rate products vs your Zone Rates ...

Are they charges per quantity per product?

Is there something in the products table to separate these Flat Rate products from other products?
