I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8a on my camping equipment store shop.nilandsplace.com/camp/. Awhile ago I went for a different look for my checkout pages with no sideboxes. I found my old post thread # 128108 were I had documented the changes but now can't seem to get it undone. My question starts with an IF... if I leave it alone, is it possible to add "Help Center Live" to my checkout pages. If so how might I go about it? I am only learning PHP so speak Nubish for me, thanks. the HCL generates code you can paste into your web page. If it would take too many changes to the base code, can someone tell me were else to look to change my checkout pages back to having sideboxes on.
This is all very important to me as I need live support to learn why I have so many shopping carts abandoned! I have installed "Help Center Live" with the contribution
