Opps. I've lost the thin inside line of my right hand boxes

I don't know what I've done. The thin line down the inside side of my right hand boxes has vanished. I'm using v3.8 of Zen Cart.

Don't suppose you could tell me why my categories heading is not quite meeting the right inside thin line can you? It's just off by a little bit on the top right corner.
