The pop window works, but all I see is an empty table in Safari.

Is this supposed to work when the shipping is set up as Custom shipping and is simply based on price? Or does it work only with UPS shipping modules and the like?

If this is so, I think I need to get rid of the estimate shipping button. How do I do that?
