About Us add on Not functioning

Hello,
The version i am using is 1.3.8p3 and my site is LPsigns.com. The problem i am having is with downloading the about us add on. I am having to do this because i could not change the name of page 2 in the sidebox on the main page. Thats another problem . I downloaded all the folders for the about us page and saved them to the correct locations within the Ftp. Everything looks good before i add text to the page. I can edit it within define pages editor but i save the changes and the page doesnt reflect the changes. Can you look at it and help me please.

Are the permissions on that define page set so it's writable?

yes the CHMod value is 644.
