Header Alignment Issue Z138a

Hey guys can you please check out the above link. I'm having a problem concerning the shopping cart blue bar in my header. I almost have the header completely completed...but now I can't close the blue bar with the spacer I am trying to use. You will notice on the right side looks like an awkward image hanging down and I'm trying to get that flush right on the end of that blue bar. Can someone tell me where I'm messing up with my stylesheet?

Not sure if I get your meaning but I think your saying the blue shopping cart background is not quite in line?

Your image for that is 44px in height, whereas for the grey search background its 43px in height? This is making it hang down out of line by 1px...
