As many others, I need a offline shipping option for my customer. I have basically succeeded but there are a few things I would like to polish.

1. On step 1 of 3 Delivery Information
-- I get the offline shipping option to show, but have not figured out how to delete the dollar amount so it does not display. I have tried several things to no avail. Any thoughts where to do this?

2. On step 3 of 3 Order Confirmation
-- Where do I change the information that shows under "shipping method" - right now it shows a copy of what I set to display on step 1 for the offline shipping option. That is too much wording for step 3, i would like to delete the information that shows in parenthesis. Which file combines both the title of the shipping module and the description for this file?
