Image Squished

Hello,

My logo.gif on the admin screen is squished but on the website it is fine. I reuploaded the logo.gif file again and I am still experiencing the same problem. It seems that this is a problem on the admin site (invoices, packing slip, and home page).

Please advise on a solution.

Thanks Schoolboy. I got the problem fixed. I read some post about image conversion from jpg to gif. My file originally was a jpg file and I was saving the file as gif in microsoft picture. However, microsoft never converted the file. Lesson learned, get a good image converter therefore the gif became corrupted.

I utilized a different program to convert the image and it was fixed. Note to others: Check the program that your converting your image with.

School boy can you answer one of my other posts...500 error when uploading products to easy populate. I may have a file locked not sure which one.

500 error is a server error - not usually associated with programs.

HOW are you trying to insert the TXT file into Easy Populate?

Are you:

1. Trying to insert it from your local computer (using the BROWSE button).

2. FTP the txt file to the temp folder, then using the insert from temp folder function (the one UNDER the BROWSE function)?

If your load file is very large, your server may have restrictions on the file size for the BROWSE method.

Your temp folder must have owner permissions to read/write/execute (chmod 700) for EP to work.
