(not set) in google analytics for keywords

hi,
I' m in Google Analytics and when i go to Map Overlay and look for visitors per region / and i look for the keywords I see...
There is written (no set) for the keywords for whom i get the most of the visitors.

What means this not set and how to get keywords at that place?

The (not set) value will show when the visit is a referral from another site, or is a direct visit.

Only for searchengine referrals will there be a keyword recorded.
