Missing Qty Text Box when using Free Shipping

Hey guys-
URL: www. hcg supply dot com

On the initial store screen (link- Buy) it lists all my products. The products that have a 'Free Shipping' Icon listed, are missing the Quantity Text Box for the 'Add to Cart' button on that category screen. The other products that do NOT have Free Shipping still have that Qty Box.

How do I get the Qty box back on those certain products?

The ones that I have looked at have Attribute(s) on them ... they will not have quantity boxes on the listings ...

Thanks for the reply. So even tho the attribute is a SINGLE attribute (a downloaded file)- there's no way to place a Quantity Box in there on the category page?

OR- in an effort to maintain consistency- is there a way to REMOVE the quantity boxes from the remaining products instead?

Configuration ... Product Listing ...

Display Product Add to Cart Button (0=off; 1=on; 2=on with Qty Box per Product)
Do you want to display the Add to Cart Button?

NOTE: Turn OFF Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status to use Option 2 on with Qty Box per Product
