Adding ads/large images to home page

I would like to know how do i add a large advertisement/image to the center of my homepage, very much like the one on this site: www.amiclubwear.com , anyone know how i do that ???

HI THANKS, I'M TRYING TO CREATE A "LANDING PAGE" JUST LIKE THIS ONE: http://www.zenflavor.com/demo3/ SO THAT WHEN YOU CLICK ON FOR EXAMPLE NEW PRODUCTS, YOU WOULD THEN GO INTO THE STORE, WOULD YOU KNOW WHERE I WOULD GO TO EDIT THIS, OR IS THERE A CODE TO ADD THIS FIRST PAGE???
