One of my suppliers wants me to replace the price and add to cart with a link to 'click for price' on their products in all listing pages

The 'click for price' link needs to bring them to the actual product info page where it is ok to show the price and add to cart as normal.

I dont understand why the want to this but thats is the way other online retailers seem to handle their products.

Any pointers on how to achieve this would be great.
