FedEx Label Printing Errors

I have installed the Numinex Fedex label module and am still having issues when trying to print a fedex label.

I was finally able to get a php error log which is the following:

Is my host (1and1.com) the issue in that they do not support the use of the mod? I have checked, double checked, and triple checked the install and permissions and everything works except the label printing part. I receive an "ASTRA BARCODE" with nothing to print.

If it's my host then I will abandon my efforts to make this work but if it is something that I can repair I would like to.

I resolved my problem of no labels appearing (astra barcode text) by:

While these instructions are part of the docs, the revision I downloaded from numinix was missing this from the merging instructions. Other revisions I have found do include it.

Integrating FedEx Ship manager with your zencart database is actually a lot easier than using this module. Configuring database mapping is all done via a gui, and it supports post backs of tracking information. I love the way I have my store set up now.
