so i have had 2 new modules installed over the past few days maxmind fraud scoring tool and the telesign module which was so badly built the guy who has done it had to rebuild it for me.
so now this is all built in and when i go to make a new account i enter the phone number and press call me now. it just quickly sends something and thats it. no phone call?? after doing some diagnostics it appears that it is a similar error to the error my payment module displayed after the server changeover. that was solved by unblocking a port.
is there anyway of finding out what port my site is attempting to send the call request through to?
server is a linux server running apache and my store is zen cart 1.3.8 a
