problems using TeleSign on new server

so i have had 2 new modules installed over the past few days maxmind fraud scoring tool and the telesign module which was so badly built the guy who has done it had to rebuild it for me.

so now this is all built in and when i go to make a new account i enter the phone number and press call me now. it just quickly sends something and thats it. no phone call?? after doing some diagnostics it appears that it is a similar error to the error my payment module displayed after the server changeover. that was solved by unblocking a port.

is there anyway of finding out what port my site is attempting to send the call request through to?

server is a linux server running apache and my store is zen cart 1.3.8 a

Might not be the port issue i first thought it was. anyone else have telesign installed and have this problem.....

The issue with this is the URL in telesign_conf.php is not correct and should be changed to https://api.telesign.com/1.x/soap.asmx

There IS an UPDATED module available entitled:
"Telesign Zen Cart module v1.0 (api update)"
(scroll down to the bottom of the page)

This is available there for some time, so why do you use old modules instead of new ones?

Just checked, in the updated module the $URI path (in telesign_conf.php) appears to be correct in the directory telesign_module but not in telesign_zen_cart_module.

I was using the updated module but working with the telesign_zen_cart_module directory.

I have written the PhoneID code for this too if anyone is interested.
