images are not consistent depending on browser and pc

hello all, I have to jpeg images on my site. i have noticed that the image size and position will change depending on browser and PC used(images shrunk when viewed on a laptop).

How can make sure the image is consistent across browsers and PC regardless of screen resolution.?

I feel like its an issues with my css, but how/what do i fix

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. Your images look the same on my monitors, one at 1280X1024 and one at 1440X900.

When I view youir site at 1024X768, the images appear larger, but that's to be expected, as everything else on the page does too.
