Google Checkout Shipping Module Error

I am having an issue with getting the Google Checkout module to work with shipping. I have the UK Royal Mail shipping mod installed and am using only this. For some reason, although the Google Checkout button is showing in the cart, when you click on it, it doesn't take the shipping amount into consideration. I've also added the mod that displays the shipping cost in the cart. Anyone got any idea what I should check? Isn't there a simple variable I can add (surely there's a field in the google checkout code for shipping that should be able to automatically extract the shipping cost from the shipping calculator system).

I was getting 'Error: Shipping Methods not configured' previously, but now I've uploaded the correct UK shipping_methods.php file.

Google Checkout is a third part mod. It is hard to figure out what the issue is. If you follow the installation instructions you should be able to get it working. Make sure you follow the step in both text files. You should be able to see what shipping method you are using in the module/payment/googecheckout in admin. There are usually displayed under the Shipping Generator icon in the right side configuration box.
