Write a Reviews button

Thanks to those who posted this fix. It was just what I was looking for.

I still have a slight problem with it, however. I'd like the "Write a Review" button to appear next to the "Read the Reviews" button, but instead it appears below the Current Reviews counter.

Is there anyway to make the buttons appear together? I'm a PHP newbie, and my tinkering with the code hasn't worked.
