Handling fee

I would like to add a handling fee using a % of the order.
It seems to me this should be easy, but I can't figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

well, now it is not working right. I am using the usps module, and I entered 3% into the handling fee option. It is adding $3 to the shipping cost not 3%.
WHat now?

That is increasing the Shipping Weight by 3% in weight ... not cost ...

You need to customize your shipping module(s) to increase the calculated cost by 3% ...

You would need to edit the shipping module(s) you are using and add the 3% to the cost ...

The shipping modules are all located in:
/includes/modules/shipping

I don't know what shipping module(s) you are using as you refuse to say so I haven't a clue how to help you other than to tell you to adjust the cost in them ...

There a a zillion examples of customizations to shipping modules all throughout the forums ...
