Removing Conditions of Use Link

I found http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48476 when looking for ways to remove some links on my site. I only have 1 more to remove & that is the conditions of use link. Does anyone know if there is a simple way to remove this, or do I need to touch the code that I really shouldn't mess with

That was so easy! Thanks for the help, I am learning slowly. I am very supportive of this builder as it seems very easy to get everything accomplished that I used with other builders & it is so much more customizable!
