I have been working on building a new site (1.3.8a) and have become much more familiar with php and css. Maybe I'm to the point where I know just enough to be dangerous. Anyway.... When items are placed in my cart, the shopping cart sidebox in the right column displays the contents as desired. The problem is that when using IE8.0.6001, the header that reads "Shopping Cart [more]" does not appear (all other headers work fine). When you roll over it, it does show up in red as expected and the link works. Everything works find in Firefox 3.5.8 and Chrome 4.1.249.10045.

Yes, I have changed the background color of the box and the font color of the heading in the css, but I can't figure out why it works in 2 browsers but not the third.
