It is a rented site so not sure about the 1st question.

There is only the one template (Ive had websites before with a few templates but this site only has the one in Template Management)

Do you have in the Shipping/Packaging that 0 weight means Free Shipping?

Are your Products marked as Always Free Shipping?

Are your Products marked as Virtual Products?

Where did you get this version of Zen Cart? Look in the Admin ... Tools ... Server Info ... if you do not know ...

Yes I noticed on each product that the weight is '0' but because it is a live feed of all products it would automatically revert back to their settings. In previous websites that I have had, Ive had the option to set shipping as per item or by weight. This version is only giving me the weight option.

I have looked everywhere to find something that says '0' weight means free shipping but there isn't anything.

I got the site from consultsoft.net and the version is PHP Version: 5.2.11 (Zend: 2.2.0)

Perhaps I need to ring them after the holiday and explain what is happening.

Do you know if I could upgrade at all?

I hate to tell you this ... but that site is not Zen Cart ... it is os commerce ...
