changing color of scroll bars

Hi all. Can anyone tell me where and how I can change the appearance of the scroll bars on my site? I want to change the color of the scroll bar itself, as well as the color of the button, the background of the text input area, and the text. I'm a newbie. I've spent hours searching these forums and reading the Zen Tutorials, but haven't found the information I need. Thanks in advance.

If you mean the main scrollbar for the browser page, Google 'scrollbar color' for a lot of info.

For elements inside Zencart, the best advice I can offer is to try installing the Firefox browser and the Web Developer plugin for Firefox. You can use those to see where in the stylesheet you change the styling of the various page elements.

Ctrl-Shift-Y will allow you to hover over a section of the page and see the class and id names for that section in the box at the top. The statements in the stylesheet that begin with # are id's and the ones that begin with dots are classes.

Ctrl-Shift-E will open the CSS editor and allow you to edit the stylesheet and see the changes in real time without changing anything permanently. A very handy tool.

I'm developing my site on my localhost first, before going live to the web, so there is no iipc first, worin the process of developing my site, so I can't include a link to my site.

I already tried using Firefox-Firebug to find the relevant code, to no avail. I'm very new to Firefox, so I'm probably doing something wrong there too.
