Attribute Flags Default Changable???

Hi All,
In ADDING NEW ATTRIBUTES I noticed that the Flags have been defaulted to always come on as YES.
I would like them to all be set to NO.
Is there a way to do this or do I have to manually select NO for every attribute I attach to each of my products?

I am sure there is a work around for this as only Half of them are set to YES.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check and see if the changes you want are available in the Catalog ... Product Types ... EDIT LAYOUT ... there are several settings for the Attribute Defaults in there ...
