what is extra cc order info?

Hi Still a newbie with zencart. Have not had problem with payment but last order came in but not payment. Received email with subject heading "EXTRA CC ORDER info" and order #. Email contains some numbers. Can anyone tell me whose fault is it that payment not processed? Zencart or paypal pro? I called PPP and they said that their record does not show an attempt for payment. Need help in fixing this.

"EXTRA CC ORDER info" is an email that's sent when payments are received via the Offline CC Module: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=67

Apparently you're not intending to use that module, so you should go to Admin->Modules->Payment, click on that module, and click Remove (instead of merely setting its visibility status to false as you've apparently done).

Hi, tks so much for your prompt reply - so with the module turn on, it allows the merchant to manually process the order with the CC info - does the customer know this? Was it a choice when they checkout? If I were to turn off the module, will it 'force' the customer to make payment immediately upon checkout? Or will it decline the order?
