Help With Shoe Sizes

I am working on a shoe store http://www.exaskate.com/store
the inventory includes shoes with different sizes and in total there are about 350 shoes each with different sizes. I used the EZ Populate module to upload the inventory all at once but how can I add the sizes for each product without having to do it as an attribute one by one!? That would take forever..!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks alot! that really helped!.... now each shoe has has different sizes as in.... one shoe might have a 7,7.5.8.and11 and the next one might only have a 4 and an 8..... not only that but I might have 3 size 4 of one shoe...2 size 11 and 1 size 6 so how can that be achieved? any help will be appreciated.

The only way to restrict the sizes shown on each shoe is to set up the attributes for each shoe individually.
