Categories Menu Help!!!

Hi everyone,

I need your help, have been trying for hours, anyone knows how do I move only SOME of my categories on the side, NOT ALL, to the Top menu Bar/header of my site: HERE

I only need to move certain ones...

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Ok thanks I will give that a try, however when I download it to my computer, what do I do next, upload it to cpanel???
