Update products quantity in category listing

Hi,

just downloaded and played with this mod http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...oducts_id=1579

I think its a great idea!! But i have a little problem with it

when i click on the Quantity field box i am taken to the product listing page. Thus i am unable to update the stock quantities via this method?...

I have tried highlighting the value in this value box but even that doesnt work...

I used winmerge to check all three files and i only one tiny different line in category_product_listing.php

any ideas?

I just installed this mod this morning. I'm experiencing the same problem. If I tab around the screen through the fields I can update quantities but I can not take my cursor and position it directly in a field otherwise I go directly into the product page.

I couldn't locate an official support thread for this mod.

Hopefully this can be resolved.

Likewise..... also there appears to be a problem is you use sub categories............. on the subcategoru page there is a cell missing that would me to manage images so the actions go under hte images heading and all cells are too far over to the left leaving a blank at the end.......... hard to explain but the table format just is not right on the subcategory pages.

Does anyone support this module or????

Not really a answer. But you can get around it by right clicking in the box then select all and type in the number you want.

I'm a little late to this post but what has anyone here used to merge the 3 Admin files. I keep merging & installing the new files and the whole ZC shuts down. I know I have the right directory, my guess is that I'm not merging the files correctly.

So far I have used Beyond Compare but I find it a little over my head. Any suggestions?

I have created this add-on. (it's my first add-on).

The work around for the problem is, what is already told:

Not really a answer. But you can get around it by right clicking in the box then select all and type in the number you want.

The problem is dat the hole Item line has a kind of 'onClick' trigger behind it, what leads you to the item description page.
In some way, this piece of code should be disabled for the Quantity Column.
I haven't had time yet to fix it...

Hope the work around can give you a temporary solution.
