Flash VS Jquery (Javascript) for carousel?

Hi Everyone

I have built 2 websites (for my own use) and am working on a third site.

http://www.laminatedawards.com

I used a flash 3d carousel menu from flashxml.net.

My concern is that some users may not have flash loaded and will not be able to see the flash carousel.

Should I continue using flash on my sites or is Jquery (Javacript) a better choice?

Also, comments on my sites are welcomed.

I prefer jquery. Flash doesn't seem to load on a lot of mobile devices as intended. I don't see problems using jquery.

Can you recommend any websites that have some good jquery scripts that I can modify.

I love what flash can do but if you use browsershots you will see that it does not always load, some people dont have flash installed, others have security settings that leave them with a blank screen.

and... as yet there is no Adobe flash plugin for 64-bit systems. Anone running windows Vista 64, or windows 7 will not see any flash.
